INJURED ENTERED THE BIN AFTER BEING WARNED 30 MINUTES PRIOR NOT TO WORK IN THE AREA.APPARENTLY HE BECAME ENTRAPPED BETWEEN THE CONVEYOR AND THE BIN DISCHARGE GATE AND SUFFOCATED.
