THE VICTIM WAS WELDING (AIR ARCHING) ON THE BUCKET OF A VME L320 FRONT END LOADER IN THE 5BB INTERSECTION OF THE MINE WHEN AN EXPLOSION OCCURRED FROM WITHIN THE OXYGEN-ACTELYNE BOTTLE COMPARTM ENT OF HIS FORD 450 SUPERDUTY WELDING TRUCK. THE EXPLOSIVE PROPELLED THE VICTIM APPROX. 10-15 FEET IN THE AIR FROM HIS WORK LOCATION. CAUSE OF DEATH AS DETERMINED BY THE CORNONERS OFFICE WAS
