DECEASED WAS DOING CLEANING DUTIES IN THE TERCIARY AIR DUCT AT NUMBER SIX KILN AREA,WHEN SUDDENLY HOT DUST MATERIAL RAN INTO THE DUCT INFLECTING SEVERE BURNS ON HIS BODY.
