DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE TRANSPORTING LOAD OF COAL OFF MINE PROPERTY. ACCIDENT OCCURRED ON HAUL ROAD GOING DOWN MOUNTAIN. DRIVER JUMPED FROM TRUCK AND THE TRUCK OR TRAILER OR BOTH RAN OV ER TOP OF DRIVER RESULTING IN DEATH OF DRIVER.
