TWO EMPLOYEES OF CONTRACTOR, ANCON MARINE INC., BECAME ENTRAPPED BY PRODUCT WHILE CLEANING 5 MOL #1 SILO. APPARENTLY BOTH WORKERS WERE WEARING SAFETY HARNESSES, BUT NOT LIFELINES. ONE WORKER W AS SUCCESSFULLY RESCUED; THE SECOND WORKER WAS FATALLY INJURED.
