TWO ELECTRICIANS WERE ASSIGNED TO MOVE THE TRAILING CABLE AND JUNCTION BOX FOR THE 295 B-1 SHOVEL. THEY DISCONNECTED THE CABLE, BUT IT DID NOT MOVE FREELY DOWNWARD INTO THE PIT. IT WAS FROZEN TO THE GROUND. BOTH ELECTRICIANS WERE PULLING THE CABLE OUT OF THE SNOW AND ICE TO LOOSEN IT. HE WAS STANDING NEAR THE HIGHWALL WHEN THE LOOSE CABLE MOVED TURBENTLY TOWARD HIM, STRUCK HIS LOWE
