THE MAN WAS WORKING TO ASSESS AND/OR REMOVEMATERIAL BUILDUP IN A PLUGGED SCREW CONVEYOR LOCATED BENEATH A GAS CONDIITONING SPRAY TOWER. WHILE HE WAS STANDING AT THE OPENING IN THE HOPPER MORE MATERIAL FELL FROM ABOVE INSIDE THE SPRAY TOWER. WHEN IT HIT THE SCREW HOPPER SOME MATERIAL CAME OUT THE OPINING STRIKING THE MAN. THE FORCE PROPELLED HIM ACROSS THE 10' DECK AND TO THE GRO
