FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF TRANSFERRING MATERIAL FROM THE STORAGE DOME, INJURED APPARENTLY ENTERED THE DOME ALONE. HIS BODY WAS LATER DISCOVERED IN THE DOME. HE HAD APPARENTLY BEEN BURIED BY TH E MATERIAL STORED IN THE DOME.
