IT APPEARS THAT FRED TRIED TO CLIMB ONTO OR CROSS OVER THE BELT FROM THE FAR SIDE WHILE THE BELT WAS STILL ON, RATHER THAN TURN IT OFF FIRST OR USE THE PROPER CROSSOVER STAIRS AND WALKWAY. HE THEN SLIPPED OR TRIPPED, FALLING AGAINST THE BELT WHILE, SINCE IT WAS ON AND MOVING AT A PRETTY HIGH SPEED, JAMMED HIM AGAINST AND PARTIALLY UNDER THE FEEDER FRAME, RESULTING IN SEVERE INTERNA
