EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TARPING A PALLETIZED FLATBED TRAILER WHEN ACCIDENT OCCURRED. WE ASSUME EMPLOYEE FELL WHILE TARPING. INJURIES APPEARED TO BE CONFINED TO THE HEAD.
