EMPLOYEE WAS JAMMING IN THE E-38,,650 LEVEL. HE PARKED THE JAMMER, ES2, IN THE AREA OF THE F-29. LOOKS LIKE HE GOT OFF ES2 AND WAS GOING TO WALK BACK WHEN HE WAS HIT BY A ROCK 14" THICK, 5' WIDE AND 7' LONG.

The EE was loading lifters when a piece of rock (approx. 4'x 5' x 2') fell from the ceiling and struck the EE. The EE was not pinned under the rock. This resulted in a fatal accident.
