THE VICTIM HAD DUMPED A LOAD OF COAL IN THE BIN. HE PULLED AWAY FROM BIN, GOT OUT OF HIS TRUCK, WENT TO REAR OF TRUCK TO CLEAN OFF LOOSE COAL FROM PUSH BLOCK. THE END LOADER USED TO CLEAN UP T HE BIN, BACKED AWAY FROM BIN, STRUCK HIM, PINNED HIM AGAINST BACK OF TRUCK.
