WAS DISMANTLING A TRUSS CONVEYOR & CUT FASTERS THAT CAUSED STRUCTURE TO COLLAPSE. SUBJECT WAS WORKING ABOUT 15' ABOVE GROUND & WAS THROWN FROM CATWALK STRUCTURE.
