THE TRUCK WAS OBSERVED STARTING DOWN THE RAMP INTO THE QUARRY. IT APPEARED TO BE GOING FASTER THAN TRUCKS USUALLY TRAVEL DOWN THE RAMP. THE TRUCK TRAVELED ABOUT 300 FEET TO THE FIRST CURVE WHE RE IT OVERTURNED. THE DRIVER WAS NOT WEARING THESEATBELT.
