EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO LIFT A DRIVE SHIAFT ON DUMP TRUCK WHILE BED WAS INT HE AIR. THE BED FELL ON EE PINNING HIM BETWEEN THE BED AND FRAME OF DUMP BED.
