AN EE OF PIPELINE EXCAVATING CO OF SANTA ROSA, CA WAS OFF LOADING THE OVER LOADED PORTION OF AGGREGATE BASE MATERIAL AT THE SONOMA ROCK QUARRY. THE TRUCK HAD BEEN LOADED JUST A FEW MIN EARLIER BY A QUARRY EE, EE WIGH MASTER. THE DRIVER DROVHIS TRUCK NEXT TO THE STOCKPILE HAD HAD JUST LOADED FROM GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK, RAISED THE FRONT BOX OF THE TRUCK AND WAS APPARENTLY TRYING TO RE
