AN OIL CIRCUIT BRAKER (O.C.B.) LOCATED ON THE SURFACE, CAUSED AN EXPLOSION, CAUUSING TRANSFORMER OIL TO SPRAY COVERING EMPLOYEE, CATCHING HIM ON FIRE, CAUSING 80 TO 90 PER-CENT BURNS TO EMPLOY EE'S BODY.
