VICTI WAS STANDING AT REAR OF ROOF BOLTER, EMPLOYEES HAD PARKED MAC-8 APPROX 30' AWAY AT TOP OF SLOPE. APPARENTLY PARK BRAKE HANDLE SPRUNG UP TO THE OFF POSITION AND MAC-8 ROLLED DOWN SLOPE AND STRUCK VICTIM, PINNING HIM AGAINST ROOF BOLTER.
