SURVIVOR STATES THAT HE & TWO OTHER PEOPLE WERE TRAVELING IN A BOAT & HIGH WINDS CAUSED A WAVE TO SINK THE BOAT. THEY WERE IN A POND & WERE RETURNING TO SHORE AFTER HAVING LEFT THE DREDGE.
