WE BELIEVE THAT WHILE PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES ON THE THOMAS SKID STEER LOADER. EE PLACED HIMSELF BETWEEN THE BOOM ARMS AND THE FRONT OF THE BODY, HE ACTUATED THE BOOM DOWN CONTROL, T HE BOOM ARM CYLINDERS ACTUATED, PINCHING HIM IN BETWEEN. THE HYDRAULIC CONTROL CABLES WERE NOT PRPERLY ADJUSTED AT THE TIME.
