BASED ON THE INFORMATION COLLECTED AT THIS DATE THE EMP WHILE IN AREA ADJACENT TO THE COOLER SYSTEM SUFFER SERIOUS BURNS IN HIS BODY WHEN A SUDDEN AND UNEXPECTED RELEASE OF HOT RAW MATERIAL SP ILLED OVER HIM.
