RIGHT HAND CAME IN CONTACT WITH PINCH POINT ON RETURN IDLER ROLLER ON SAND CONVEYOR UNDER PRIMARY SCREEN. FOUND VICTIM WEDGED BETWEEN CONVEYOR AND A RETURN IDLER UNDERNEATH BELT.
