EMPLOYEE AND PARTNER WERE WORKING ON THE 3570 LEVEL. EE WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN A ROCK SLAB FELL FROM THE BACK ADN UPPER RIB OF THE RAISE STATION EXCAVATION. HE AND HIS PARTNER WERE PLACING ONE END OF A STEELL CAP ON TOP OF THE SUPPORT POSTS AT THE TIME OF THE GROUND FALL.
