EE WAS STANDING BELOW THE DRY SCREENING PLANT. WHILE COWORKER HAD STARTED CHANGING SCREENS. THE 4'X5' SCREEN WAS ACCIDENTALLY DROPPED AND STRUCK EE IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND, RESULTING IN A SKULL FRACTURE.
