WHILE WAITING FOR LOADER, VICTIM CLIMBED SAND PILE AND STARTED HAND SHOVELING CONCRETE SAND INTO THE BACK OF HIS TRUCK. WHILE SHOVELING, THE PILE MOVED AND BURIED THE VICTIM BEHIND HIS TRUCK .
