SWITCH ENGINE THAT WAS BEING CONTROLLED BY REMOTE DEVICE; WAS SWITCHING CARS ONTO TRACK WHERE EE WAS WORKING, CAUSING CAR TO RUN OVER HIM, CRUSHING HIM TO DEATH.
