EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF RECOVERING A SLURRY LINE THROUGH A CANOPIED AREA. FOR REASONS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME, THE CANOPY COLLAPSED CAUSING FATAL INJURIES TO EMPLOYEE.
