A TEMPORARY SUPPORT STRUCTURE PLACED BETWEEN THE MAST AND BOOM OF A DRAGLINE PARTIALLY FAILED. THE TOP CROSS MEMBER OF THE STRUCTURE STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS IN THE MAN-BASKET OF A AERIAL L IFT. THE EMPLOYEE WAS FATALLY INJURED WHEN HE WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE SUPPORT STRUCTURE AND THE RAILING OF THE MAN-BASKET.

EE and another employee were pulling the engine and removing nose cone on the radiator. EE was on the bottom under the 992g wheel loader. The other employee was on top of the machine. EE was taking the radiator nose off, accidentally took bolts out of counter weights and it fell on EE. Resulting in a fatality.
