EMPLOYEE WAS CHECKING PROBLEM UNDER BED OF HAUL TRUCK NEAR TAILGATE, DRIVER IN TRUCK WAS LOWERING BED AUTOMATICALLY AND EMPLOYEE HAND WAS GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN TAILGATE AND BED OF TRUCK, SQUISHED FINGERS. EMPLOYEE WAS TAKEN TO HOSPITAL IN AND THEN WAS TAKEN BY AMBULANCE OTHER FACILITY. FINGERS WERE FRACTURED AND SPLINTED, HAS FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
