EE WAS ON HIS 8TH OR 9 TH POND WITH THE R-90 TRUCK. HE BACKED UP THE TRUCK AND DID NOT STOP AND THE TRUCK WENT DOWN THE DUMP AREA APPROX. 15 TO 20 FEET AND ROLLED OVER.
