The employee was walking into the scale area of the office and tripped over a mat in the office causing them to fall against the counter, breaking their arm. They also hit their nose and head. They never lost consciousness and were transported to the hospital for treatment. They are doing well and a full recovery is expected.

Operator went to get in truck to move material on yard and when he stepped up on the "swing" step, the cable broke causing the operator to fall and hit his right knee on other metal steps.
