Trackhoe (330) Got on rock and slide when getting ready to pull pad. Trackhoe turned onto right side.

Struck against a moving object

Dozer fell off rock and arm rest on seat went under his ribs as the dozer hit the ground.

Struck against stationary object

Stepping off 375 dozer, stepped on a rock and his toes hyper-extended causing contusion, sprain and a possible fracture.

Employee was in the designated parking area to start his shift. Nelson Bros was blasting & fly rock came across the spoil. A rock hit employee on the right thigh.

Fall from machine

EE was exiting the d-11 n dozer lost footing and fell from track hitting the ground, fracturing his left arm.
