JohnCo Materials Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was driving the Polaris from the office to the mine site when he took a turn too fast. The vehicle started to tip over so he put his left foot out to try to stop it from tipping over. When he did that the vehicle tipped and pinned his left foot underneath until it came to a stop.
