EE WAS STANDING ON TOP OF CRUSHER HALF TO TIGHTEN FLANGE BOLT. HE WAS PULLING ON THE WRENCH AND IT SLIPPED OFF THE NUT. EE FELL DOWN OFF THE TOP OF CRUSHER HALF. HE LANDED ON HIS LEFT HAND WHEN HE TRIED TO BREAK HIS FALL.
