Employee was cleaning mud off a moving conveyor when EE's right middle finger got stuck in the conveyor severing it above the top knuckle.

Employee was operating wash plant and got his fourth finger on left hand caught in a conveyor. Took top layer of skin off finger, but no stitches were required.

Employee was operating a 651 scraper when he lost control which resulted in the scraper tipping over. Operator was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injures, but was taken to the hospital to get checked out and was released.
