WAS HAND CRANKING AND CHOCKING WATER PUMP ENGINGE. WHEN ENGINE STARTS THE HAND CRANK SHOULD RELEASE, BUT IT DID NOT AND CONTIOUED TO TURN AROUND WRENCHING MY ARM AND SHOULDER.

CREW WAS FREEING FROZEN ENGINE BY SOAKING CYCLINDERS WITH DIESEL FUEL.ENGINE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE KCKED OVER.INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING 4'FROM ENGINE AND DIDN'T SEE MAN KICK OVER ENGINE-A BLAST OF FUEL HIT HIM IN THE FACE AND EYES.
