Struck by falling object

IE was helping an EE pick up a motor to put motor shockers on it. IE picked the motor up with a crowbar and the motor fell on IE's right hand. IE smashed IE's right index figure.

He was cutting with a cut torch and he had on his dark safety glasses. A piece of rusty metal hit his forehead and fell down into the corner of his eye.

Rock sliding down a metal shoot going into a shaker and a rock came off and hit employee in the eye. Employee didn't have his safety glasses on.

He was operating a front end loader and got too hot.

Struck by falling object

Employee was working under dump truck with gravel in it when the driver inadvertently released the tail gate latch with the bed in the down position. Some gravel fell out as the employee was picking up tools behind the truck and gravel struck him. There was no sign of injury until 12 days later when the employee went to the doctor after having pain. Worker is on light duty.
