Employee had a bar between two saw cuts of stone pulling the two pieces apart for moving to another location when the tip of the bar broke off and he fell back on the floor hitting his back and side against another rock causing pain and bruising.

EMPLOYEE HAD STEAM-CLEANED THE DOZER BUT DIDN'T LAY THE STEAM WAND DOWN. HE CLIMBED DOWN OFF THE DOZER TRACKS WITH THE WAND AND SLIPPED AND FELL BACK AGAINST THE BLADE CYCLINDER GUARD.
