Employee was in the office in charge of scales and answering phone. At noon he ate lunch with a co-worker and the co-worker went back to work at 12:30. The supervisor noticed that a truck was waiting to be scaled. The supervisor thought EE was asleep, so he went ahead and weighed the truck in. He then tried to wake EE and couldn't. He felt his pulse and realized he had none.
