Slope gave away under the excavator ee was operating. Excavator went over on its side ee was not hurt. Their was a laceration another ee pushed ee off the slope that broke off highwall. EE fell backward about 12ft where ee landed on a huge boulder in the middle of his back and other ee landed on top of ee. EE couldn't walk after that it broke L1 vertebra in the back.
