EMPLOYEE WAS PICKING UP A PICE OF STONE 4 1/2" X 5 1/2" IN CROSS SECTION AND 46" LONG, WHICH WAS LEANING AGAINST THE WALL. HE GRABBED THE TOP PORTION OF THE STONE WITH BOTH HANDS, TILTED IT T OWARDS HIM AND STARTED TO LIFT WHEN THE TOP 12" OF THE STONE BROKE OFF IN HIS HANDS. THE BOTTOM 36" FELL TOWARDS HIM AND LANDED ON HIS LEFT FOOT.
