After getting off work he experienced some strain to his left elbow area and feels it must have been from stacking pavers 4"" to 6"" - waited until the next day to let the supervisor know.

Employee lifting and pushing rock on chopper and rollers.
While inside the office employee stopped to talk to supervisor; he backed up against a box and fell backwards. Employee tried to catch his fall hurting the back of his right hand; resulting in a hand sprain and hand fracture.
Horseplay; Rock was thrown resulting in damage to right eye.

Employee was stacking slabs on pallet; had slab resting on pallet when slab slipped off and smashed top of right foot.
Employee was stacking slabs on pallet when he lost footing causing slab to fall on left leg.
Employee was trying to pull out a rock that was hung on cage of tumbler; had right hand resting on cage when rock was free cage came down on the tip of middle finger on right hand.
Dropped rock on top of foot while trying to stack on pallet hitting left foot.
Cutting 4 x 4 and stacking them and he picked up about 3 of them at a time and tripped on a rock on the ground and the 4 x 4 landed on his hand bruising his left finger.

EE was pulling rock, the rock jarred the Loader he was operating and it shifted and it forced him forward, where his right lower leg hit a metal object and cut his shin.

While chopping a 4 inch thick slab 4' long employee tried to keep it on the table but could not do so. He tried to get away from it as it rolled off table and it landed on right foot.
Pulled groin muscle. Employee reported to his supervisor that he had pulled a groin muscle.
He was moving a step (stone) and lost his grip and the step fell on his right upper inner thigh.
