The Miner was shoveling out from underneath a feeder hopper and started feeling bad and having chest pains and shortness of breath and apparently was having a heart attack.

We were hoisting a broken bucket elevator belt out of the elevator bin and the piece that the crane was hooked to broke and fell 60 foot striking the employee. The employee was struck and received injury to his back, shoulder, and ribs.
