DURING REGULAR MAINTENANCE OF EQUP. EE GOT 2 FINGERS ON RIGHT HAND CAUGHT BETWEEN A HORIZONTAL BRAKE DRUM AND IT'S HOUSING AS IT WAS BEING PUT BACK IN PLACE. RING FINGER & MIDDLE FINGER WERE S LICED. MIDDLE FINGER SLICED TO BOTTOM OF NAIL. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES WERE PUT IN PLACE. HE RADIED OTHER ONSITE AND HE TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL, ANOTHER CALL THE LADY.
