EE was cutting edge bolts off with air gun and another ee was pulling out of the bottom and EE cut right hand on the bolt.

EE was standing at equipment when he blacked out. Fellow EE found him within 30 mins. He was dazed and disorientated. EE went to E.R. where he was examined and nothing was found.

Fall from machine
EE was climbing out of the loader. He stepped on the platform, spun around to grab ahold of handle, and missed the next step. In his hurry he fell and strained his left knee.
