Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object
Employee was inserting a locking wedge on one of the bolts to tighten the cone and the wedge slid into place easier than he thought it would. He smashed his finger between the wedge and the bolt and broke the tip of his fourth finger on his left hand.
