EE WAS TORQUING DOWN BOLT ON 920 CATERPILLAR LOADER, LOST FOOTING AND FELL BACK. EE S HARD HAT CAME OFF AS HE FELL BACKWARDS. HIT BACK OF HEAD AND SPRANG HIS NECK.
