At 7:00 AM employee injured his shoulder while turning a valve on the plant clarifier.
Employee was climbing over a conveyor belt and slipped and jumped down aprox 4' to concrete slab, resulting in a fracture to the heel.
Unknown back strain.
While working on the screen in the plant, he slipped and landed on his back side.
