a rock flew out of the plant and struck miner on the L side of the face, casing blunt eye trauma, orbital floor closed fracture. Laceration of eyelid. no Eye injury.

Miner drove bulldozer over uneven ground, EE felt a pinch in the buttock area. The compression caused bruised tailbone.

While on ladder, Miner was using a drill to attach screws to rubber patch, ladder slipped on wet floor and miner fell on L wrist.
