While switching pumps at pond #4 with 2 others. Bobcat holding hose, forklift holding pump, employee was on the muddy ground at pond edge while lifting the hose. His foot slipped on the wet ground.

Employee lost balance while stepping up onto work platform at rear of service truck. Foot became stuck between step and handle for slideout extension. Foot held in place during fall. Leg twisted. Result was a sprained knee.
